ABOUT MEDEX BENEFITS CONSULTANTS

MedEx Benefit Consultants (MedEx) are the Managing General Agents for AccertClaim Servicorp Inc.(Accerta) which was established in March 2001. MedEx was established in November of 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suri Enterprises Inc. which was incorporated in November 2000.

Accerta is a wholly owned arms-length subsidiary of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), with a totally separate management and an independent Board of Directors drawn from the insurance, banking and health-care sectors. The ODA was formed in 1867 and represents approximately 6,200 dentists in Ontario.

Raj Suri, M.S., M.B.A., is the President and CEO of Suri Enterprises Inc. and MedEx Benefits Consultants and has over 25 years Canadian underwriting and management experience in the property and casualty insurance industry with specialization in the commercial underwriting business.

MedEx mission as the Managing General Agent for Acceta is to offer training, support and expertise to the insurance brokers across Canada so that they can offer Accerta products to their small to medium size businesses.
