PAYMENT OPTIONS
PREPAID :

The employer funds the Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) in advance.



  Two Options

- either with a one-time payment, or

- deposit plus monthly contributions.


PAY PER USE :
The employer makes an initial deposit equal to three month's anticipated claims and is billed monthly for actual plan disbursements. This pay-as-you-go option is restricted to plans with more than three members.
